The Ex-Secretary of War.

Hon. L. P. Walker is now at Holtsville, Ala., attending to the organization of his brigade, which will consist of four regiments of infantry and one of cavalry. The brigade will rendezvous at Huntsville, and probably be ordered to Kentucky.
