The 14th North Carolina Regiment.

A portion of the 14th North Carolina Regiment arrived in Petersburg a few days ago, and in a short time the entire regiment will take up winter quarters at the ‘"Model Farm," ’ about two miles from that city, where the buildings are large and in excellent condition, and will accommodate a great many men.--A correspondent says the men appeared very much worsted, on account of the hardships, privations, and sickness they were compelled to undergo in Western Virginia, where upwards of one hundred of their number died.
