Runaway--$25 reward
--For John, A man bright, with quite a full head of hair, inclined to be very bushy. He went to the Market with say cart on the 17th of March and left the cart in the street and has not since been seen or heard from. I will give the above reward if taken in this State, and if taken in any other State. John is quite intelligent and very polite. He is about 28 to 30 years old, and has a small scar on one of his hands. He was dressed with blue homespun pants and dark overcoat. and draft-colored felt , when he left. He was hired by me of Wm N. Yarbour, adm'r of Jesse Yarbour dec'd, of However I will pay the above reward and all expense if delivered to me in Richmond or lodged in jail so that I get him again. Edward Griffin.
