A spy.

--John Wright, a resident of Stafford co., has been arrested and brought to this city as a spy. The fellow pretends to be a Virginian, but this is a matter of doubt. He was taken up by order of Gen. Stuart, it being intimated in that commander, by loyal inhabitants of Stafford, that Wright had been in the enjoyment of familiar intercourse with the enemies of his country since they had thought proper to equal near Dumfries.
