Prisoners arrived.

--The Central cars that arrived last night brought down five Abolition soldiers. One of them, John Clarke, was captured at Strasburg. He, together with David Saunders, Jno A. Righnan, and David Victor, captured at Romney, all belonged to the 3d Va cavalry. C. S. Edwards, another one of the party, belonged to the 4th Vermont infantry, and was taken up at Tansil's Gap.
