Accident.

--A little negro girl was run over by the Petersburg cars at an early hour yesterday morning while they were being backed towards the depot, and had both legs so badly crushed that they will probably have to be cut off to save her life. She was playing under the rear car at the time, and when it was set in motion tried to get from under it with the above result.
