Paroled prisoners.

--Among the number of soldiers now at Camp. Loo are a number of paroled prisoners, residents of various Southern States, who are exceedingly as since to be sent to their regiments, and to be allowed to enter the service. Most of them have experienced the exceeding kindness shown Southern prisoners in the Alton penitentiary, and they desire a speedy opportunity to that kindness. Would it not be well for the Government to send them forward with us liuledelay as possible, and thus strengthen the Southwest army, as well as gratify the patriotic desire of the men to be doing something for the Southern cause? The South needs its entire force now, and must bring it into the field at once, if we are to succeed.
