Liberal Offer.

--A gentleman of moderate means, not a resident of Richmond, requests us to say that he will be one of one hundred persons to give $500 each to raise funds for supplying the wants of soldiers' families and others this winter. His proposition is, to raise $50,000, which shall be invested in food and fuel, and property distributed among the needy. We suppose the list will be opened at once, and that the one hundred subscribers will be speedily obtained.
