The Square is becoming a general resort on the Sabbath as a play ground for rude, vulgar boys, and for drunken men. Yesterday forenoon a party of lads were playing games on the grass, to the annoyance of the Presbyterian congregation of Dr. Moore's church, and several intoxicated men were sleeping off the fumes of the previous night's debauch.
