Stealing clothes.

--Frederick Miller and Benjamin Da Lorman, were before the Mayor yesterday, for stealing of Webster and John Smith and were remanded for examination before the Court. Miller has been released from the penitentiary but a short time; and De Lorman is a paroled Yankee deserter. Both were about to leave by the Central train, when they were arrested by detective William Mitchell, and turned over to the city police.
