--It is not true that the enemy have retired their forces beyond the Rapidan, or that they are tearing up the railroad. They still occupy Culpeper in force, with their jackets extending nearly to the Rapidan river during last week. Supplies of clothing have been distributed to our troops. Nothing else of interest.
