100 dollars reward will be paid for the apprehension of my negro man William, who left the residence of Dr Samuel P Christina, in New Kent, on Sunday, the 11th last, and has not been heard of since. William is a likely negro, 94 years old, light colored, though not a mulatto, and about the usual height. His wife is in Richmond, at the boarding house of Mrs Jeter, on Gress street, near St. Pant's church. He may be lurking the residence of Dr Christian, in New Kent. The above reward will be paid for his delivery to me in Richmond, or secured in any jail so that I can get him.

John N Cordon [ap 18--6t]
