Rents in Wilmington.

--Tuesday was a big renting day in Wilmington, North Carolina. The London tenements went off comparatively high. As an instance, the store about twenty by forty feet, on the southeast corner of Market and Front streets rented for twenty thousand dollars. The rooms in the same building in about the same proportion.--This piece of property brought over sixty thousand dollars rent for the next twelve months, commencing the first of October next.
