--We notice that one G. F. Anthony has been arrested in Springfield, Massachusetts, charged with swindling operations generally. This man Anthony has something of a reputation in this city, where he was occasionally before Judge McEntee, last summer, on similar charges. Should he be turned loose, he may again migrate in this direction, and it would be well for the police to keep a lookout for him.
