Great Riss in the Ohio river.

Parkersburg, W. V., December 26.
--The Ohio river at this point, two hundred miles below Pittsburg, is twenty feet deep, and rising rapidly. Competent boatmen say there is very little probability of any detention to navigation during the winter season, owing to the present high stage of water.
