Racing on Board the great Eastern.

--On the late trip of the Great Eastern from England, some sporting gentlemen on board inaugurated a new school of amusements at sea, called the ‘"Grand Atlantic Races" ’ The bill feed thus: Big ship meeting at six o'clock this evening. Feet rope twice around, the deck, for 7½6d.; sack race have around, winner to have 7s, 6d.; steeples check, once around the deck, three prizes, chief winner to have 7s. 6d.; cock fight, no spurs allowed, best of nine throws, 5a; foot race, one half a mile; walking match, one mile, &c.
