Judge Lyon's Court.

--An interesting habeas corpus case was decided by Judge Lyon's yesterday. Major B. A. McMullen, Capt. Wm. H. McMullen, and Lieut, E. B. McMullen, of Greene county, Va., officer's, petitioned to be discharged from the custody of the Confederate enrolling officer at Camp Lee, upon the ground that they being commissioned (militia) officers of the State of Virginia, the said enrolling officer was unlawfully detaining them in custody. The fact of their having been duly commissioned officers being proved, the Judge, nevertheless, decided that they were lawfully detained by the enrolling officer and remanded them to his custody. Their counsel proposes to carry the case to the Supreme Court.
