From Fredericksburg.

Passenger by the Fredericksburg cars last evening, state that the town was occupied on Wednesday by about 8,000 Yankee soldiers, who were posted in and around the town.--Many depredations were being committed in the surrounding country, and the citizens subjected to almost inconceivable annoyances. The negroes, in large numbers, are leaving their owners and making their way to the Federal lines.
