Sudden death.

--On Saturday morning a negro man named Sam, employed at the Confederate shop of Mr. Wm. L. McMinn, corner of 20th and Main streets, left the shop to procure a bucket of water, and on his return with it, when about to enter the shop fell dead at the threshold. He bled very freely, and it is supposed the bursting of a blood vessel caused his death.
