The Tallahassee.

--A passenger by the steamship Arago informs the Savannah Republican that the Tallahassee chased the Arago from 11 A. M. until 3 P. M., on Thursday, the 5th instant, off the coast of North Carolina. The Arago hugged the South Carolina. The Arago hugged the South Carolina coast until coming within protection of the fleet off Charleston. The Tallahassee approached within ten miles of the Arago.
