Arrested for Desertion.

--A. A. Raine, of this city, was yesterday arrested by the detective police, on an order for his arrest emanating from Gen. Lee's army, charging him with being a deserter from the 9th Alabama regiment since 1862. Raine says there must be some mistake, as he never was enrolled in that regiment. He was sent to the soldiers' home, corner of 7th and Cary street, to be sent up to the army.
