--A requisition has been made by Gov. Ellis, of North Carolina, on Gov. Letcher, of Virginia, for the body of Morris Hyneman, who is accused of having stabbed and killed Morris Weinstein, at Newbern, N. C., this day two weeks since. The prisoner, who has been in jail here since his apprehension, was taken yesterday evening by the messenger of Gov. Ellis, (Morris Leab, of the detective police,) and put in the cage. He was carried South on the cars at two o'clock this morning.
