Dastardly act.

--Not long since some petty thief, void of conscience and the better feelings of human nature, stole the silver medal presented by the Howard Association of Norfolk, in 1856, to Henry Myers, of this city, for his exertions during the yellow fever plague as nurse, &c. The fellow who has the medal cannot be envied its possession.
