Hustings Court.

--Judge Lyons resumed his duties yesterday as presiding justice of the Hustings Court, it having been ascertained that the proclamation of martial law was not designed to interfere with the trial of criminal cases now pending before this court.

The Grand Jury sworn in this court, having adjourned to meet on the 5th of March, will assemble to-day and transact such business as may be brought before them.
