--Three prisoners--Henry T. Tatum, and two by the name of Hughes, all of Petersburg — were carried before Judge Halyburton yesterday, for are fragment on a charge of counterfeit Treasury notes. It become necessary how ever to remind them to await the action of the Grand Jury, which meets on Tuesday, the 12th inst. The facts before been published.
