Union. of the 5th has a dispatch from Murfreesboro', on the 4th, which says a body of rebel cavalry attacked and drove in the pickets of the division under Gen. Jeff. C. Davis. The Federals immediately rallied under arms and the rebels retired. At present there are no further particulars. The Union has also information of heavy cannonading in the direction of Franklin, on the 4th, between four and five o'clock P. M. Chicago, June 4,--The President has revoked Burnside's order prohibiting the publication of the Times. A dispatch from New York of the 4th inst., states that a Federal gunboat destroyed Franklin, La., in consequence of being fired upon by guerillas. Admiral Foote supercedes Dupont.
