He gives the following information about some of the Virginians in Vicksburg. He saw all mentioned on the day he left: Gen. Baldwin is wounded slightly. Gen. Stephen Lee is well. Monday, June 29, 1863. Specie and Bank Notes.--The offerings of specie are increasing, and consequently the brokers have reduced their buying rates. Several lots changed hands to-day at $6 premium. The asking rates have not undergone a corresponding decline, as the brokers who are selling still ask $7.25 to 7.50 premium.--Bank notes are also still quotable at $1 05 to 1 10 premium.
