A.stretching, tension, τῆς κοιλίης f.l. in one cod. for στάσις, Hp.Acut.37; “τοῦ οἰσοφάγουArist.PA691a1, cf. 664a32; τάσιν ἔχειν to be capable of tension, Id.HA515b16,al.; ὀφρύων τ. contraction of the eyebrows, AP12.42 (Diosc.); of tension accompanying inflammation, Sor.2.19, Gal.10.66.
