[348] fully authorized to reclaim and take possession of such arms and accoutrements, and to take all necessary steps, on behalf of the State, to secure from those to whom said arms and accoutrements have been confided, a strict compliance with the condition of their bonds for the preservation of such arms and accoutrements, and for their re-delivery to the State whenever thereto required by my order.
