--The annual meeting of the stockholders of the Richmond and York River Railroad will be held at the company's office, in this city, to-day. Heretofore there has been some difficulty in getting a quorum, as doubts were entertained of the success of the scheme; but since the road has become a fixed fact, we presume the stockholders will attend promptly.
