The arrest of Lieutenant Brown.

--Lieut. Isaac N. Brown, of the Niagara, at Boston, left that vessel after his resignation, and stopped at the Tremont House previous to taking passage for his native State, Mississippi. Having purchased his ticket he was molested by a Boston mob, his baggage was broken open and searched, and finally he was arrested and held subject to the orders of the Governor.
