To subscribers.

We beg to say to those of our subscribers who do not receive their papers at as early an hour in the morning as formerly, that the delay is unavoidable at this time, our daily circulation having run up to eighteen thousand, whilst, at the same time, we have no increase of facilities for furnishing this increased number with as much promptness as we could desire. We beg our friends, therefore, to exercise patience and forbearance; we will do the best we can for the present, and as soon as as opportunity offers, will make such arrangements as will enable us to manage with ease and expedition the vast increase of circulator.
