Remanded.

--It has been asserted that Captain Ball's company of Alexandria Cavalry took the oath of allegiance to the Lincoln Government, and were then released from durance. We cannot, however, vouch for the accuracy of the statement. We were shows yesterday an extract from a private letter from the seat of war, in which it is alleged that General Beauregard had sent back within the enemy's lines the men who took the oath, with the intimation that they would not be received, unless regularly exchanged as prisoners of war.--Charleston Mercury
