Advance on Freights.

--The railroads have advanced freights again from the ports of Lake Erie to ninety cents on flour to New York and forty-five cents on fourth class to Boston. To Albany the rate will be one dollar and five cents, and fifty-three cents. The old rates were eighty and forty cents. The advance on New York rates is five cents on fourth class and ten cents on flour, and to Boston six cents on fourth class and ten cents on flour.
