Welcome Visitation.

--One of the most refreshing, as well as one of the most necessary, showers that we have had for six months past, was that of yesterday evening, which came down heavy and fast for an hour or more, to the perfect disgruntlement of the dust but delight of the people and young ducks. We never saw more liquefaction in the streets, gutters, &c., in a given space of time.
