Rhubarb Wine.

--To every one and a half pounds of rhubarb, when bruised well, put one quart cold boiled water; let stand four days, stirring three times a day. To every gallon of juice put three and a half pounds of lump sugar, and to every twenty quarts, two of brandy. Barrel it directly and let it stand a twelve month.
