Important arrival — the Southern Commissioners on their way to Liverpool.

Intelligence has been received in official quarters here that a Spanish brig arrived at Mobile yesterday, from Havana, loaded with coffee and other valuables. The vessel successfully ran the blockade.

This arrival brings the important news that Messrs Mason and Slidell, the Commissioners of the Confederate Government to England and France, sailed from Havana on the 23d of Octoberin a British vessel, for Liverpool.
