A Ploy in Kentucky.

--The editor of the Nashville Union sees various indications in Kentucky that the rebels are busily engaged in organizing guerrilla parties, which will commence operations as soon as opportunity fags and the organization is completed. He specially warns his friends in Christian county to prepare themselves for an outbreak their county, and is strongly inclined to believe that a number of "unscrupulous village" are plotting the ruin of the Union man that region.
