War vessels Building in England.

--The Boston Post has information from its London correspondent that five large steamers are in course of construction in the ship yards of the Clyde and the Thames, which, if they do not come into the hands of the U. S. Government by purchase, will go into those of the rebels. One of the largest (building by Thompson & Co. on the Clyde) is to be wholly enclosed in malleable steal. She is to have two prows, one within the other, with an airfreight compartment of fifteen feet between them.--She is of a peculiar model, designed to be used as a ram, and to present an invulnerable face to shot, and will have a speed of sixteen knots an hour.--The agents of the owners of this and the other vessels having (says the Post) become disgusted with the rebels by a visit to the South, the steamers are offered for sale to the U. S. Government, but if refused they will be sold to the rebels.
