Homicide.

--Richard T. Williams, a free negro, was put on trial before Judge Lyons yesterday for killing his brother, Wm. H. Williams, with a stone. After hearing the evidence and argument of counsel the cause was given to the jury; but no verdict had been agreed upon up to the hour at which the Judge took a recess.
