Severe Fall.

--Yesterday morning, as John Schmidt, a butcher in the Second Market, was driving along 13th street, between Main and Cary, he accidentally fell from his wagon, and his head striking the stones of the pavement he received an ugly contusion on his forehead, besides being knocked senseless by the fail. A physician was soon after called to see him, and dressed the wound, which bled profusely.
