Bryce, Lloyd, 1851-

Author; born in Flushing, Long Island, N. Y., Sept. 20, 1851: was graduated at Oxford University and studied law in the Columbia Law School, New York: was a Democratic member of Congress in 1887-89. In the latter year he received a large interest in the North American review, which he edited till 1896.
