Guerilla warfare.

We must again impress upon our friends throughout Virginia the value of this species of warfare. Nothing harasses an enemy upon his march as much as the constant hornet sting of guerillas. They are an adversary who cannot be caught with ease or avoided. They come unexpectedly, drop their man here and there, are off and on again in a moment, and cause infinite perplexity and danger.
