--Recorder Caskie presiding. Edgar Harman, charged with forging the name of Mrs. M. M. Harman to a check for $50, was sent on for trial.--Wm. Tracy, stabbing James H. McClure, sent on.--George Rich, stealing $30 worth of cotton thread from the Confederate States, sent back to the Mayor.--Daniel Murphy, stealing a mule from the city, sent on. --Wm. Rowe, shooting Pat Mackin, discharged.
