Gen. Wool

--The Washington dispatches contain a rumor that Gen. Wool has superseded Butler in the command at Fortress Monroe. The civilian Generals are evidently feeling the guillotine. Heretofore the complaint has been that they had plenty of men but no officers; and we apprehend that by the time they get the officers they will have no men.
