Robbery.

--On Tuesday night last the residence of Mr. W. N. Nedford, on 3d, between Broad and Marshall streets, was visited by thieves, and a splendid watch, set with diamonds, valued at $600, with the chain, and $40 in money, stolen. The watch was the property of his wife, and was highly valued, having been presented to her a few days previous by the business friends of her husband.--The dressing cabinet of Mrs. R. was entered by the adroit thief while the family were awake and the articles abstracted.
