Arrests.

--The following arrests were made by the city police on yesterday: Thos. Hays, by officer Bibb, on the charge of stealing $760 in C. S. Treasury notes, belonging to Geo. Henley; John. slave of C. K. Maddox by the same officer, for getting drunk, behaving disorderly, and trespassing on the promises of Wm. A. Wright; and Joseph Stevenson. for behaving disorderly in the street and resisting officer Perrin, who requested them to step their noise.
