XENAGORAE INSULAE

XENAGORAE INSULAE (Ξεναγόρου νῆσοι), according to Pliny (5.35), a group of eight small islands off the coast of Lycia, which the Stadiasmus ( § 218) states were situated 60 stadia to the east of Patara. They are commonly identified with a group of islands in the bay of Kalamaki.
