Rascality.

--We saw yesterday a $20 Confederate note, of the genuine plate, filled up with fictitious signatures, and numbered with black ink. It was taken from a negro', who perhaps received it innocently, but that the blank note was stolen and signed by some rascally operator, there is no doubt. There may be a number of these notes in circulation, but the fraud is easily detected by any one who is familiar with the Government currency.
