--Recruits for the
"Thomas Artillery!"

Capt Phillip B. Stanard, assisted by Sergeants Joseph A. Blair and T. B. McCURDY, will receive the names of all jpersons wishing to enlist in this Battery. One of the above named gentlemen may be found during the day, either at the office of the Midlothian Coal Mining Company, on 12th street, between Main and Cary, or that of Mr. E. A. Smith, on Main street, between 20th and 21st.

The service seen by this Battery is too well-known to need further notice. Usal bounty, &c., given.
